Going beyond that a person is better off creating subclasses for those classes. For people wanting more arcane martials, its worth taking a look. Proficiencies to brew healing potions would be a good idea. Insight and persuasion can add to bedside manner. Non-magical healers can be done with the healer feat and medicine proficiency.
